What are my options for paying?

Accepted Answer

Classique Concierge can be paid for in a number of ways. Customers often pay for homecare services using ACH or credit card. ACH allows for direct debit from your checking account, eliminating the need to write and send checks. The use of credit cards will be subject to fees. Every two weeks, clients are charged for services.

We hire only home care professionals who are background checked and have experience in home care. The applicant must interview with several members of our team and provide recent, verifiable references. Applicants must also undergo competency testing and orientation conducted by the company. The screening process has proven to be effective, and we have an extremely high satisfaction rating.

Does Classique Concierge Home Health Care have COVID-19 protocols in place for home health aides?

Yes! Classique Concierge Home Health Care is committed to providing quality home care services. Prior to entering a client’s home, caregivers are given the proper personal protection equipment (PPE), wear masks, and practice social distancing. Before reporting to work, caregivers are screened for COVID-19 symptoms. If any symptoms are present or if there are sick household members, caregivers are prohibited from reporting to work and are required to follow any testing and isolation requirements in place before returning to work. We continue to monitor and comply with COVID-19 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as federal, state, and local health directives.
